Dean was excellent in giving honest and proper advice without being pushy. The frames , the locks and the sealed units he uses are of excellent quality. A minor issue I noticed few months later and he fixed it the very next day. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. I've had whole house done.. consisting of two set of patio doors, a composite front door and 26 windows.

Fantastic guy, Great experience. Compared to others I sampled for quotes, Dean communicates excellently, showed up to see what was needed, gave reasonable lead-time and price*,then did the job with attention to details we discussed making as little mess as possible (he even brought dust protection for the interior) then cleaned up after job got done (see pictures)- I definitely recommend.

We have had all our windows and doors installed by Elements which included front and back doors, two french doors and 17 windows so a sizable job. Dean from Elements spent the most time explaining our options and choices, provided the most detailed quote and easily the best price. We had our windows installed by Elements back in 2015. After 6 years one of the windows failed to close. After ringing up, Dean was there the next day to investigate the problem. A new window locking mechanism was required which was replaced on the same day. This is one company where you can vouch on their aftersales service even after 6 years! 100% recommend.

From the initial quote to the final work being completed Dean was the ever professional, the work is outstanding and the areas well protected whilst work carried out. Out side was washed and vacuumed after each window was completed and the team left it tidier than it was prior to the visit. We were originally just going to replace the door and Dean just mentioned that they were doing a deal on triple glazing, so we thought why not get a quote, to our surprise the offer was so good we decided lets do the windows and door. I would highly recommend Dean and his team at ElementsMK. We recently required replacement of six windows, complicated by the requirement to fitting into existing render. The quote came in the lowest out of those given, but this was not the deciding factor why we chose Element's From the word go Dean was professional. He talked through the process, discussed what we could have and what would suit the house. He explained how he would fit and work to the needs of the house, down to the window latch types and handles. Delivery, despite COVID, was prompt. Installation was excellent. On time, polite and maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the time here. We ran over planned installation time by a day but no extra cost was added to the quote. The final bill came to the same as we were quoted, and we get the impression that if there had been an issue Dean would have raised this with us immediately. The finish inside was exceptional, and when the handles provided where not to Dean's standards he came back with an alternate option for us. He focused on the render work outside ensuring it was a good match, both in colour and stones to the original. We are incredibly happy with the work and would recommend without exception.

Summary: Dean was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, professionally installing very high quality doors and windows, at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone! I met with lots of companies for quotes, and found them all off putting, being either pushy or guessing quotes after having a quick look about. I booked an appointment for Elements to come to my home and give me a quote. Dean was friendly and knowledgable. He took measurements, and discussed what we needed, being very interested and enthusiastic to help us. We were sold straightaway. Communications were great throughout, friendly and professional. We were shown diagrams and pictures of our requested doors and kept up to date on the manufacture and delivery of the doors and windows. Dean and Todd came to install the windows and doors. They were quick and efficient and the quality of their work was mega. They didn’t impose and were nice and pleasant. They fixed and touched up issues with my home as they discovered them around the installation sites, like damp, brickwork pointing worn away. They left no mess and the end result is perfect, exactly what we wanted. Our home feels so much better now, due to the expert craftsmanship shown by Dean and Todd and the quality products they install. Thank you both, especially for helping me today.

Dean was great from start to end. He gave a good price, arranged good days to do the work, was punctual. He came out just to double check our bi folds before he gave us a quote just so he could give an accurate quote. He worked so hard all day and I think he probably only had a 30 min break all day. Excellent professional service from Dean. Before contacting Dean I have contacted almost 7 other companies for Quote. When Dean came, he understood what my requirement are and made suggestions based on his experience which was very helpful (e.g where handles should how the windows should open, colour etc). He gave a quote with proper diagrams showing what type of windows and doors I am going to get and their shape and sizes. No other glazing company gave those details. When I changed my mind after couple of weeks about my back door after my initial order, Dean was happy to make the modification. Windows and Doors were fitted to great level with care and attention. The best thing about Deans work is his final finish for door and windows are amazing and great looking. Cleared up everything and not a speck of dust was left each day. Our experience with Elements was really positive. We knew what we wanted, but where we had options such as window profile the options were clearly explained along with pros and cons of relevant (low / no door sills). While I didn't watch the actual installation, the result is very smart and someone who was on site during install was very impressed. Best of all, we asked for a quote and we got one. What felt like a fair price, and the purchase process was painless. We had a slight issue crop up some months after the install with a window and this was dealt with very promptly and we couldn't have asked for more. We'd definitely use them if we needed windows etc on a future property.

Excellent service from Dean. I had one of the window hinges broken on a bank holiday afternoon. I called Dean to explain the problem and thought of booking for next working day. When I told him the issue was with a downstairs window and it cannot be locked, he agreed to stop by same day evening to look at the part needed to order for next day.
